Your data stays yours
Uploading your sales, menu and customer numbers takes trust. This page is our plain-English promise about what happens to everything you put into EPIC — written to match what the platform actually does, not what sounds good.
Only your account can see your data
Every record you create — sales files, menus, branches, loyalty members, reviews — belongs to your account and is locked to it in the database. Another restaurant using EPIC cannot see your numbers, your menu or your customers, and you cannot see theirs. This is enforced by the platform itself, not by a policy someone could forget to follow.
Never sold, never shared
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your sales figures, menu prices, customer details or loyalty data with other restaurants, advertisers, data brokers or any third party. Your numbers are used for one thing only: running your dashboard for you.
AI works on your numbers only
When you use the assistant, the daily briefing or review replies, the AI reads your restaurant's own data to answer you — nothing is pooled or compared with other restaurants, and your data is not shared with any other account. AI features exist to serve you, not to harvest your data.
Your files stay until you delete them
Files you upload remain in your private storage area until you remove them. You can delete uploads, menu items and whole brands at any time from your console.
Deleting your account deletes your data
If you close your account, your brands, menus, uploads, sales records, loyalty data and settings are deleted with it. We do not keep a copy 'just in case'.
Connections are yours and revocable
Credentials for your POS or review platforms are stored encrypted, are never shown again after you save them, and are used only to fetch your own data. Disconnect a platform at any time and its credentials are removed.
